Id give them zero if possible. I placed an order on June 17th that kept getting pushed back.
$80.72 was the total. It was in stock when I ordered and then immediately back ordered. Got several back order emails pushing the date back.
When I called to cancel because its not schedule to be mailed until JULY 27th I was told theyd mark it as returned so it didnt get mailed to me. THEN TOLD ME THEYD REFUND 56 dollars of my 80.72 original total.
You read that right. Id loose 24 dollars on an order THAT NEVER EVEN SHIPPED TO ME. The rep I spoke with got an additional 11.88 approved by a team lead refunded to me. So they still kept 12.
Best part is that the rep told me they dont refund taxes.. so I was taxed for an item I never got.
Be forewarned.
I hope that twelve dollars was worth my business. I wanted to order a different purse but instead they are keeping my taxes (is that even legal?) and partial shipping (on an order that didnt ship) at the cost of a customer.

Customer service is bad!
The customer service is very bad! No understanding or willingness to help the customers, like a robot repeats the same phrase numerous times, without even having a desire to make any effort to help, find a solution, or to compensate for my inconvenience.
Extremely disappointed.
Think twice before making any purchase from Mark and Graham. If you needed to return item(s) they will find multiple explanations not to make refund or exchange. There is no any indicator when you place an order that the item is not eligible for return.
The customer service does not make any exceptions for returns or store credits. Wasted money.

Poor quality and shady customer service
It took a couple of months for me to get my camo Elisabetta. I loved it at first but less than a year later the color was fading in multiple spots.
Also, the bottom corners are wearing out. I called and was told they would replace it, no charge, and keep the old one. It's three months later, and I called to follow up. The first rep said it was on back order.
The second said I had to return the bag, and she hung up on me. I called and spoke to a supervisor who said the rep in Nov marked it so it didnt need to be returned, didn't note why, and also selected that it did. Since it didn't state the reason I would have to return the bag, and then they could send me a new one.
I finally requested a refund. Let's see if I actually get my refund.

Complaint
I never submit complaints but felt obliged to write this one...I ordered a Dopp Kit for a family member as a Christmas gift in beginning of December. They accepted my payment and told me it would arrive Jan 10th.
I received several emails stating it would not be delivered on the initial date and the revised date continued to be pushed back - stating "supply chain issues." When I attempted to contact customer service, the representatives were less than helpful and stated that the item would be delivered at a later date. Now, it is March 4th - My husband called to speak with a live manager. When we expressed how terribly unprofessional and inconvenient this whole process has been, she only asked if we wanted to cancel the order but that we could continue to wait for the item to arrive at some uncertain date. When my husband (who had to ask) if we would receive any compensation for this annoying experience, The manager said we could have 10% off our next order.
Not sure how this company stays in business, except for the fact that it's part of a larger conglomerate. Just not sure how a company can sell an item when they do not have it in stock and have no idea when/if it would ever be in stock.
